Return & Refund Policy

At Mana Shilajit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 
You may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- The product must not have been used or opened.
- The product must be returned with valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
- The product must be delivered to us to issue a refund (not in transit).

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@manashilajit.com.
They will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the product back to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions
All returns must be approved and made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return item(s), and all fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once approved, a shipping address will be provided.
Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
To qualify for an order cancellation, you must contact us via email within 5 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be processed, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exchanges
We offer a one-time free exchange service for all paid purchases, excluding sale or promotional items.
If you accept this offer, all future refund requests will be forfeited for that order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will gladly ship a replacement free of charge, depending on your provided proof of issue.
However, if the customer damages or misuses the product, refunds will not be granted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as personalized or special-order items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
